Another book I wanted to share with you this month, was a book I just couldn’t put down over the last week – Daring Greatly by Brene Brown!
This book is available as an audiobook as well (the way I prefer to consume!), and is one of the best reads for getting over shame and self-doubt in 2019.
If you’re anything like me, you may already be shaming yourself for not sticking to your goals you set even just a few weeks ago. What Brene Brown does in her book is offer redemption to the areas of our life we feel we have lost control over, whether that be business, health, love, parenting and more.
